Construction is picking up at the Tower District in Papillion as the 120-acre mixed-use development moves into a new phase focused on neighborhood retail and other businesses. The development northwest of 84th & Highway 370 has seen several businesses open, while housing continues to fill in across the site.
Jesse Calabretto, whose Calabretto Collective is developing the project, said the goal is to create a neighborhood that differs from traditional suburban development.
