(Glenwood) — An Omaha man faces a pair of drug-related charges following his arrest in Mills County over the weekend.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Paul Allen Vail was arrested shortly after 1:45 a.m. Sunday for possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
