Omaha man sentenced in deadly 2025 shooting of 19-year-old in Council Bluffs

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – An Omaha man was sentenced Thursday morning for a fatal shooting last year in Council Bluffs.

Gabriel Irby was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. District Judge Eric Nelson imposed the sentence, according to a release.
