22 Millard Woods homes unlivable after Omaha-area flooding, residents told to leave in 10 days

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The mayor announced Thursday that 22 homes in the Millard Woods mobile home park are now deemed unlivable following flooding. Residents are being told they need to move out in the next 10 days.

The mobile home park sits on the banks of Papillion Creek.

Resident describes flood damage

To say the past week has been difficult for Eric Jones would be a gross understatement.

“The car was completely submerged underwater. So, they’re totaling it out and they’re dragging it out right now… to get totaled out,” Jones said…
