OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – If you’re a fan of snowy winters, this might be your year.
It’s been several seasons since we’ve had snow totals top 20″ and this upcoming winter could buck that trend. You have to go back to 2020-21 to find the last winter we ended up with above average snowfall. Every single season since then, we’ve seen less than our 29″ average. This led to a long term drought that we just recently reversed this past summer.
