The sheriff’s office says shortly before 2:00 P.M. Thursday, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Warrants Deputies attempted to serve two felony Douglas County arrest warrants on a 25-year-old woman near 69th and Spring Streets in Omaha.
The sheriff’s office says the female party barricaded herself inside the residence and made comments that she was armed with a gun and planned to take her own life.
