OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – New developments in the case regarding an Omaha marijuana growing operation came down from court Tuesday. Travis Mountain, 43, and Emily Pearce, 45, appeared for their preliminary hearings Tuesday. Both are charged with one count of manufacturing, distributing, possessing and intending to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of intentional child abuse without injury.
