(WOWT) – For workers and customers at a Denny’s restaurant near South 84th Street and Interstate 80, a normal Tuesday morning quickly turned into an emergency. “We started smelling gas and then it went away and then we saw black smoke coming from the back,” said employee Jessica Motten. “We started getting everybody outside the building.”
