(Glenwood) — A Council Bluffs man faces a pair of charges following an incident along Interstate 29 Tuesday. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Daniel Ruiz-Montoya was arrested for public intoxication and assault on persons in certain occupations. Authorities say deputies were called to the 40 mile marker of northbound I-29 for a vehicle in the median. Upon arrival, the sheriff’s office says Ruiz-Montoya was found walking on the side of the interstate and became combative during an alcohol investigation.
