A Nebraska man pretended to be a 13-year-old boy on SnapChat and exchanged explicit messages with an 11-year-old New Jersey girl, authorities said. Daniel J. Boesch, 23, of Blair, Nebraska, is charged with two counts endangering the welfare of a child and attempted cyber harassment, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday.
