Man accused of stabbing Omaha Uber driver, attempted robbery appears in court

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The man arrested this week for allegedly stabbing an Uber driver and holding a Family Dollar employee against his will appeared in court Friday morning. William Dimas II, 28, was formally charged with six counts in Douglas County Court: one count each of second-degree assault, false imprisonment, and attempted robbery, and three counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony.
