(Glenwood) — A Council Bluffs man faces a drug charge in Mills County following his arrest Friday. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Joseph Ray Moreno was arrested shortly after 9:15 a.m. for possession of a controlled substance. Authorities say the arrest occurred near the intersection of Bunge Avenue and Wabash Avenue.
