BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) – At it’s meeting Tuesday night, the Bellevue City Council unanimously approved the bonds to build a large indoor/outdoor water park. The council also unanimously approved a contract with American Resort Management for design and construction services on what’s expected to be a $60 million project.
