American Resort Management based in Grand Prairie, Texas, has partnered with the city of Bellevue, Nebraska to bring a recently announced waterpark and connected hotel to the Midwest. They have an impressive portfolio of properties they manage across the country, including waterparks in Texas, California, Arkansas, and North Dakota. The Bellevue, Nebraska waterpark will be modeled after one in Texas called Epic Waters. Bellevue is Nebraska’s oldest and third largest city, located just south of Omaha. The Omaha-Metro, which includes Council Bluffs, Iowa, has a population of over 1,000,000 people.
