OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The man accused of driving through a barricade and into a crowded Halloween event in 2022 entered a “no contest” plea Thursday. Dontavius Levering enter the plea on two felony charges in Douglas County Court: attempted assault on an officer, punishable by up to 50 years in prison; and attempted use of a weapon to commit a felony, which could yield a sentence of up to 20 years.
