One of three arrested in connection with Omaha mass shooting pleads not guilty

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One of three teens arrested in connection with a mass shooting that killed one and injured five others last October will go to trial. William Brown, 19, waived his right Thursday to physically appear for his arraignment in Douglas County District Court. He also submitted paperwork to plead not guilty to one count of first-degree murder, five counts of first-degree felony assault, and one count of use of a weapon to commit a felony.
