The Joy of Road Trips: Exploring, Experiencing, and Making Memories

Do you enjoy road trips? I just returned from a rather long one. I needed to deliver a very heavy set of Analon pots and pans to my daughter, which I had given her in December for her birthday. They were too heavy to ship, and she was moving, so she asked me to wait and bring them so I could see her new apartment. It is 1,291.1 miles from where I live to Omaha, where Morgan lives. A road trip may seem like just that, but it can turn into so much more when your mind is open. For me, it is an experience and memory-making.

Totally worth the drive! My daughter is the lead Aquarist for the Shark Exhibit at the Omaha Zoo and Aquarium. (Can you tell I am a little proud? Love my girl) She was so proud to show me her tanks, and I even got to play with the penguins! An unforgettable experience.
