OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – After widespread heavy rain across parts of the metro during the overnight, the storms have exited to the east leaving us with just a few spotty showers to start the day. Areas in Saunders, Cass & Sarpy counties in Nebraska extending east into Mills, Cass & Pottawattamie counties in Iowa have 3-6″ of radar estimated rainfall in the last 24 hrs (5am Mon to 5am Tue) with isolated higher spots showing up too.
