SIBLEY-A 51-year-old Omaha, NE, man was arrested about 9:50 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, near Sibley on a charge of second-offense operating while under the influence. The arrest of Brian Sitting Eagle stemmed from a 2012 Nissan Altima found pulled over on the Highway 60 expressway about a mile south of Sibley following multiple 911 calls about a northbound erratic driver, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
