OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha police identified the 70-year-old man who waskilled last week in a fiery crash near Gene Leahy Mall. Michael Sales, from Council Bluffs, died in one car, while two children died in another vehicle. Three others were critically hurt, including a child. The Douglas County attorney said he plans to talk about pending charges against the surviving driver Tuesday. Speed and alcohol are being investigated as factors in the crash.
