DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. – The Douglas County Election Commission released another round of results Monday in the November election. The results were from provisional ballots. The latest numbers show Ashlei Spivey has won the Legislative District 13 race against Nick Batter. However, there may be enough votes to ask for a recount.
