OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Here are the headlines we’re bringing to you first on Monday, Dec. 16:. The suspect in a murder case of a Nebraska teen 55 years ago is set to be arraigned in court Monday. In November, Joseph Ambroz, 77, made his first court appearance and was ordered to remain in jail until his trial. Ambroz was arrested in Oklahoma and formally charged with first-degree murder of 17-year-old Mary Kay Hesse in 1969. He is due in court at 1 p.m.
