In November, Joseph Ambroz, 77, made his first court appearance and was ordered to remain in jail until his trial. Ambroz was arrested in Oklahoma and formally charged with first-degree murder of 17-year-old Mary Kay Hesse in 1969. He is due in court at 1 p.m.
