Norfolk Police responded to a disturbance involving two females at a Norfolk residence on Saturday.
According to a news release from Captain Mike Bauer when officers arrived, they found that one female had blood around her neck, face and hands. She also had a slash mark to the left hand. She stated that she and 26-year-old Shawn M. Wieneke, of Norfolk had been in an argument and that Wieneke had grabbed a knife and caused her injuries.
Wieneke was questioned and arrested, for second degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony…
