MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – An Arkansas man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam teenager appeared in Dodge County court Thursday, where he was bound over for trial in Wisconsin.
A court official found probable cause and moved for a bind-over for Gary Day. The 40-year-old is accused of two counts of child abduction and two counts of child enticement related to formerly missing teenager Sophia Franklin.
