LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – An Omaha teen has been sentenced to at least 19 years in prison for his connection in a shooting that injured four people near 14th and O streets in October 2023.
Teethloach Biel, 18, was originally charged with six felonies but accepted a plea deal on March 19. He pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree assault and a reduced charge of misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury and was found guilty. The remaining assault and weapons charges were dropped.
