Preliminary hearing held for suspect in January murder in Bellevue

PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) – One of the teens arrested in connection to a Bellevue murder had his preliminary hearing Monday.

Judge PaTricia Freeman sent Oscar Salazar’s case to district court for trial.

Currently, Salazar, 18, faces charges of First-Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, unlawful/intentional discharge of a firearm, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a juvenile offender…
