LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Omaha Division, in partnership with 155 law enforcement agencies across the region, collected 20,628 pounds of unused medication on April 26 as part of National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
Nationally, more than 620,000 pounds of prescription medications were turned in to help prevent drug misuse and abuse.
