PLATTSMOUTH – Kim Hammond, 27, of Omaha is charged in Cass County with possession of a stolen vehicle on June 26 and flight to avoid arrest.
A Cass County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says Nebraska City police reported a stolen Chevrolet pickup from the Speedee Mart and deputies got behind the vehicle after it crossed into Cass County.
