4 Hurt in Cass County Crash

(Anita) Four people suffered injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Cass County.

The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 6:06 p.m. in the westbound lanes near the 69/70-mile marker. The Iowa State Patrol identified the injured as a 50-year-old Agany Mapior Agany of Omaha, a 13-year-old male, a 15-year-old male, and a 19-year-old Mapior Agany Mapior of Omaha.

According to the report, Agany Mapior Agany was driving a westbound 2014 Toyota Highlander that ran off the roadway to the left and collided with a downed cable barrier. Agany overcorrected and ran off the road to the right, and rolled over in the north ditch, ejecting one of the passengers. The Toyota then struck a speed limit sign and came to rest on its wheels…
