COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – First responders in Council Bluffs just launched a new tool to help protect some of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
The program, called “Project Lifesaver,” is designed to help quickly locate people with cognitive disabilities — like autism, Alzheimer’s or dementia — who may wander off or get lost.
