(Plattsmouth, NE) — A Palmyra man is charged in connection with the in-the-line-of-duty death of a Nebraska State Patrol Trooper, who was hit by a snowplow while responding to a crash on I-80 near Ashland.
56-year- old Thomas Jordan faces one count of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide in the death of Trooper Kyle McAcy, who was was hit by the snowplow while assisting at the crash scene in a snowstorm last February.
Jordan will be arraigned in Cass County Court next month…
