Thursday it was released that the snow plow driver responsible for Nebraska State trooper Kyle McAcy’s death in February is facing charges.
According to Cass County court documents, 56-year old Thomas Jordan from Palmyra, NE is facing a single count of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide after the investigation ran from February-May, 2025. In Nebraska, a misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide can carry up to a year in jail, fines up to $1,000, and/or license revocation.
