COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – Street-level homelessness is growing in the metro.
In Council Bluffs, a recent point in time count by New Visions Homeless Services found at least 35 more households experiencing homelessness this summer. It marks an increase from the 130 households counted in winter.
