ASHLAND, Neb. (KOLN) – Tuesday, state leaders from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, to U.S. congressmen and senators, gathered for the 16th Annual Federal Legislative Summit.
Surrounded by historic planes in the hanger of the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum, around 425 to 450 expected guests filled tables, socializing and networking in between speeches from high ranking officials from across the good life state.
A lot of subjects were touched on throughout Tuesday’s summit, but some of the highlights touched on trade, immigration, regulatory relief, tax policy, energy, economic development, national defense, infrastructure, and more. All in the name of bringing politicians all the way up in D.C., to the literal table of local representatives and small to big business owners, to exchange ideas…
