NU regent accused of drunken driving resigns from Douglas County Attorney’s Office

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The University of Nebraska regent involved in a serious crash has announced her resignation from the Douglas County Attorney’s Office.

In a statement on Wednesday, Elizabeth O’Connor said her resignation was effective Tuesday.
