Omaha man sentenced to federal prison in fentanyl analogue conspiracy

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – An Omaha man was sentenced to federal prison for a conspiracy to distribute a fentanyl analogue on Friday.

According to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice, 19-year-old Dale Jackson was sentenced to 190 months in prison for distribution and conspiracy to distribute a fentanyl analogue.

As there is no parole in the federal system, Jackson will serve a five-year term of supervised release after his time in prison…
