Omaha Public schools sees better staffing as school year is in full swing

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – It happens every fall. Students and teachers start their new school year.

Jacqueline Sanchez is doing it as a first-year teacher at Jackson Elementary.

“I’m a fifth and sixth-grade teacher. I teach science and social studies,” Sanchez said. “It’s a little chaotic, don’t get me wrong, but it’s worth it and it is lots of fun with the kids.”…
