An impaired driver’s erratic behavior recently caught the attention of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, leading to an arrest and a significant drug find. In a routine patrol that transformed into anything but, deputies from Graves B watched a vehicle halt abruptly in the road, back up, and then proceed to enter a parking lot in the wrong direction, the law enforcement agency reported on social media.
When deputies approached the vehicle after initiating a traffic stop, the scent of alcohol filled the air.
