One dead, one injured after separate crashes in southwest Omaha intersection

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One person is dead and another is injured after two crashes late Tuesday in southwest Omaha.

The initial crash happened near 162nd Avenue and Harrison Street at about 8:50 p.m. Tuesday. A release from the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday morning revealed more details on the crashes.
