Omaha man faces new charges after vehicle break-in

OMAHA, Neb. — An Omaha man, already incarcerated for burglary, is now facing additional charges after allegedly breaking into a woman’s vehicle.

The Grand Island Police Department reported that Leonardo Santos Perez has been charged with attempted felony theft.

According to the police, officers arrested Santos Perez around 1 a.m. Tuesday for burglary after he allegedly stole a watch from T-Mobile and caused $2,000 in damages to a Spectrum building…
