HOSPERS—A 27-year-old Omaha, NE, man was arrested about 12:25 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, near Hospers on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence, possession of an open container of alcohol, failure to maintain control and no valid driver’s license.
The arrest of Jonni Jose Herrera-Munguia stemmed from him losing control of his southbound 2008 Ford Fusion and going into the west ditch along Highway 60 expressway near 370th Street about three miles northeast of Hospers about 10:25 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28,, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
