RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – A man who killed himself during a standoff with authorities in Rankin County was tied to multiple shootings in Omaha, including one claiming the life of his cousin.
Authorities say Ricardo Kirk shot himself during a standoff Friday evening at a family member’s home on Shell Oil Road near Wade Patrick Road.
