LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Better Business Bureau of the Midwest Plains is investigating after a fraudulent business scammed people out of thousands of dollars.
The BBB said the business has been operating under the name “Council Bluffs Containers” and scamming customers who purchase shipping containers, mobile offices, and custom container homes.
