(Council Bluffs) — Pottawattamie County Supervisor Scott Belt is stepping down as board chair.
Pottawattamie County officials announced in a Facebook post Sunday afternoon that a special meeting that was scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. has been canceled after Belt submitted his resignation as chair effective at midnight Sunday night.
