Omaha, NE – Eastern Nebraska and western Iowa will see a slight cooldown Sunday before rain returns early in the workweek, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Omaha/Valley. Highs on Sunday will reach the low to upper 50s under partly cloudy skies, keeping conditions comfortable and seasonably mild.

Overnight lows Sunday will fall into the 30s before a breezier pattern sets in on Monday. According to NWS, rain chances increase to 30–50% during the day Monday as a passing disturbance brings scattered showers across Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Council Bluffs, and surrounding areas.
