OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A woman charged with allegedly firing at an ex-boyfriend and his current girlfriend before being shot by them in self-defence appeared in court last week.
Tori Polite, 23, faces two counts of terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person – all felonies.
