OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) said it is joining a group of regional electrical providers as they look to expand nuclear power.
On Monday, OPPD and three other utilities announced what they call the “Great Plains New Nuclear Consortium.”
