OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Village Pointe Shopping Center in West Omaha is now under new ownership.
Village Pointe, located just off West Dodge Road, was bought by Federal Realty Investment Trust in a $153.3 million deal, according to a release Monday. The company has been buying and transforming shopping centers for more than 60 years.
In the release, the company noted that the 453,000-square-foot property “offers 3-mile average household incomes in excess of $180,000, a prime location in one of the market’s most established commercial corridors, and significant opportunities for remerchandising and increasing rents.”…
