Omaha, NE- Following an online enticement incident, investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Technical Crimes Unit, with the assistance of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department have arrested a Tennessee man.
The investigation began earlier this year, when 54-year-old Dillon Summers of Cleveland, Tennessee contacted what he believed was a 13-year-old female. However, the person he contacted was actually an undercover Nebraska State Patrol investigator. In the subsequent online conversations, Summers discussed sexual acts.
Nebraska State Patrol investigators were able to identify Summers, along with his location in Bradley County, Tennessee, and on Tuesday, December 9th, investigators arrested Summers for sexual assault and enticement by use of electronic communication device.
