No bond for man arrested in connection to homicide near Benson

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The man arrested in connection to a homicide near Benson made his first appearance in court Monday.

19-year-old Kashmiere Burse was charged with 1st-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possess or receive a stolen firearm, and tampering with physical evidence.

Currently, Burse is being held without bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 27.
